A life dedication to develop and contributing to craft.

My name is Lara Reisigl Domeneghetti, I have a broad education spanning 12 years within the fine arts field. I began my journey as a decorative painter and sculptural woodcarver, in Italy in 2007. Since then, I specialised in historical and ornamental sculpture while travelling, learning and teaching around Europe. In 2022 I moved to the beautiful Art Nouveau town of Ålesund on the west coast of Norway, where I expanded my business with two apprentices and attracting like minded collaborators.

One of my fundamental beliefs is that it is vital for craftspeople and artists to communicate and interact in a creative environment by networking and building a multi discipline community.

I am passionate about reviving traditional crafts and showing the importance of beauty in the everyday life, focusing particularly on stylistic accuracy and research.

I also offer courses and lectures in the respective crafts and regularly get invited in nationally and internationally.
